How we handle your data, and the terms that govern your use of PayTool.
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · PayTool AI, Inc. · Delaware, USA
PayTool AI, Inc. (“PayTool”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). PayTool operates under SOC 2 controls and connects to your accounts using read-only access only — we are technically unable to move your money.
We rely on a small set of trusted sub-processors to operate the service, including Amazon Web Services (hosting), the Stripe API and other payment processors you choose to connect. We do not sell your personal or financial data to anyone.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@paytool739.xyz.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PayTool. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
PayTool is provided as a subscription service. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to process data you are not authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
PayTool is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Reconciliation outputs are decision-support tools and do not replace professional accounting judgment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
